Planning - Group Post Copy right

After doing some research into who own's the song "Dreams", I found out that it was the Warner Music Group. After using their website I managed to find the contact page and sent them this message to try and acquire their permission.

Joe messaged the institution to gain copyright access for the song we want to use, if we do not hear back or they reply saying that it is fine for us to use the song, but if they reply and say that we can not use the song we will have to change the song again.
